What I Do

For the Student

If you feel you’ve slipped behind, I can help you catch up.
If you are struggling with a specific skill, I can show you ways to improve.
If you are a high achiever, I will help you identify ways to do even better.
If you are bored with your English studies, I’ll help to you remember what’s interesting.
If you lack confidence, I will help you to feel more positive!

Above all, don’t worry. We can work together to make sure you enjoy your studies.

If you feel I can help you with your studies, please get in touch.

For the Parent

If you are reading this, you’re at a point where you want to help your child with their English education. Different families follow different routes to get here.

Maybe your child has got bored. Maybe they’re not naturally academic. Maybe they’re doing OK, but need that extra push to fully realise their potential. Maybe they are high achiever, but could go even higher.  All of these routes are valid – and in all of these situations, students can be sent towards their best destination with thoughtful, bespoke tutoring.

Students usually find that tutoring is actually more fun than school. It’s a different environment with a more relaxed dynamic. Students can ask the questions they aren’t able to in class, are more able to try out different approaches to learning, and are more challenged to do their best. With 1-1 tuition, it’s impossible  for a student to zone out.

I am proud to say that all of my students enjoy their English lessons, and that I have an excellent track record of improving grades.

If your child is home schooled, I am able to offer a bespoke program of study for them, which can also be tailored to the national curriculum if you wish.  If you have a homeschool network of children, I am happy to consider small group lessons.
